Ali Harwood is an artist, poet, writer and teacher. He’s recently published ‘Liverpool Liver Birds’ – a poetic picture book for curious folk of all ages.

At Liverpool MakeFest, he’ll reveal how this book full of mythical birds was hatched and took wing. He will also continue to create new versions of the 101 birds amongst the pages as gifts for visitors in front of your eyes… and he may even give you a personal performance of the poem at the heart of the book!
