We are delighted to be back at the Liverpool Makefest and can’t wait for the day!
We will have an exhibition of lace made by our members, and some small items for sale – bookmarks, Christmas decorations etc. We will also have a ‘practice pillow’ for you to try your hand at making lace – don’t worry it’s not as hard as you might think but can be addictive.
Here are a few photos of some of our lace:

Some information on the group:
Our group was formed in 1979 and provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for our members to practice and develop their lacemaking skills.
We meet on the third Monday most months from 7pm to 9.30pm and have occasional Saturday meetings throughout the year.
In addition to our meetings, we organise regular workshops with an experienced tutor along with two residential weekends away. For further information about our events and to see some examples of our members’ work please see our website. http://www.westlancashirelacemakers.org.uk/
New members of all standards are always welcome and if you are interested in finding out more, please email our secretary via the contact us page on our website.
Monday meetings are held at Moor Lane Methodist Church Hall, Crosby, Merseyside L23 2UQ
Looking forward to seeing you there!
